Fantastic Location, Great Amenities!
modern hotel spacious lobby quality soap convenient call booth
I found the gym equipped well. It had several treadmills and stationary bikes. The hotel cafe offered amazing espresso-based coffee EVERY morning!!! I enjoyed the soaps and shampoos provided. They were high quality. The lobby provided convenient call booths for working.
I noticed a slight noise issue as hallway sounds were somewhat audible in my room.

The check-in process was quick and seamless. The staff demonstrated attentive customer service and were very friendly. They answered all my questions, and I felt REALLY welcomed throughout my stay. I appreciated their help.

central location convenient access comfortable bed
The location is very central. Union Station is only one block away and provides convenient access to the airport train (it saved me a lot of time). I found a nice coffee shop on the main level. The bed was very comfortable (I slept very well).
The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy (but manageable).

misleading size fast elevator door
the room was clean and modern, acceptable.
The room i was assigned was much smaller than advertised. It felt closer to a box than a relaxing space. i found hairs in the bed, and i just did not want to deal with it. the elevator doors also close too fast, concerning.
